All sessions are given online for your convenience. All you need is a comfortable and private place to sit, and you can begin your healing journey.

If you're new here, click on the Intake Session option to book in a free 15 minute video call and we can work together to get you all set up. I look forward to meeting you!

This brief video call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if my approach is the right fit for you. It’s a safe space to ask questions, share your goals, and clarify what support you’re looking for.

In a one-on-one coaching session, we’ll focus on your personal goals, challenges, and growth. Together, we’ll explore strategies and insights to help you navigate life’s transitions and build resilience.

Couples coaching provides a supportive environment to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and work through shared challenges. We’ll collaborate on practical tools to nurture connection and foster a healthier, more harmonious relationship.

For clients in Canada, I offer psychotherapy to address mental health concerns in a confidential, professional setting. Through evidence-informed approaches, we’ll work together to process emotions, heal from past experiences, and develop coping strategies for long-term well-being.

Exclusively for those living in Canada.

Connected Together

"Postpartum is a quest back to yourself. Alone in your body again. You will never be the same, you are stronger than you were." -Professor Kulkarni, Professor of Psychiatry at Monash University

"Maternal mental health matters. Taking care of a mother's emotional well-being is essential to the healthy development of her child." -Professor Howard, Emeritus Professor of Women's Mental Health at King's College London

"Perfection is not the price of love. Practice is. We practice how to express our love and how to receive our partner’s love. Love is an action even more than a feeling. It requires intention and attention, a practice we call attunement." -Dr. John Gottman from the Gottman Institute
